What flat pricing means as you grow
Much of the industry prices per user, so hiring raises your software bill. Here's the Clinic tier ($499/month flat) against a typical per-seat model as your team grows.
| Staff on the platform | Braviq Clinic (flat) | Works out per seat | Per-seat model at $59/user* |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | $499/mo | $99.80/seat | $295/mo |
| 10 | $499/mo | $49.90/seat | $590/mo |
| 15 | $499/mo | $33.27/seat | $885/mo |
| 25 | $499/mo | $19.96/seat | $1,475/mo |
*Estimate only, for illustration. $59/user/month reflects third-party reporting of entry-level per-user pricing in ABA practice-management software; it is not a quote for any specific vendor, and actual vendor pricing varies. Get exact numbers from each vendor.
What we won't sell you (yet)
Braviq is in a demo-data pilot phase: Business Associate Agreements aren't in place yet, so no real client information may be entered. There's no telehealth and no MN-ITS claims integration — claims are prepared as internal drafts and submitted through MN-ITS yourself. If any of that is a dealbreaker today, we'll say so at the demo.
